Description:
Space Invaders was originally designed and programmed by Toshihiro Nishikado for Taito in 1978. This game remains one of the most popular arcade ever, if not the most popular out there. This classic shooting game is all about shooting laser shots at a row of descending alien forces. The player can only move horizontally across the bottom of the screen. Nothing really changed in this version from its original form.
