It's a wedding! Hyper Wedding is a mix between the all time classic Hyper Olympics (a track and field video game) from Konami, and of course a wedding! You are a bride that seems like late to her own wedding. Well, all brides are late! Be sure to take the tutorial if you keep on failing.
